A: Yes, sample order to test and check quality is available. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:It need to pay when the value of sample is over $20 per unit, but the freight paid by buyer

You can pay via T/T (100% T/T in advance for small order;
30% T/T in advance, 70% balance paid before delivery for bulk order)

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
First, inform us the faulty situation by sending us mail with photos and reports;   
Second we will analyze the probable reasons and get back to you;
Then, we can discuss about the solution according the reasons may cause the faulty.
For small quantity, we will send you new ones to replace the defective products once confirms it's our problem
For bulk faulty, we may repair them and send back to you asap.
