Mig CO2 welding wire ER70S-6 are at top class quality and some big welding company in the world also buy from us. And in China, Volkswagen Shanghai uses our mig wire on their automobile.
Our wire has get several Marine Certifications, such as ABS, TUV, CCS, GL and Lloyd's .
The standard packing is that 15kgs in a black plastic spool (spool's diameter is 270mm and Euro adaptor), then we put desiccant and wrap the wire by anti-rust paper, then heat shrink the spool to keep moisture away during storage, then seal the box for each spool. Finally, 72 boxes in a ply-wood pallet to make sure it keeps well during long distance transportation. The size for the pallet is 1060*860*800mm, Net weight for one pallet is 1.08T.
Delivery term:
Although we manufacture 100 tons per day, we have orders in hand to be manufactured in term. So normally the delviery term is 20 days after we get form order.
