Setino also provides all related marketing materials for Midea products. Setino has the guarantee service center in Budapest. Setino collects all defect products which are very rare and exchange or refund to the customers.
Packing
All goods are packed on pallets and ready for dispatch. one piece per carton. when you choose the mix of different items, we will calculate the best way to save your freight cost. every single item is nicely packed as you can see on the detailed photos.
Delivery
We dispatch the goods after we confirm the invoice is paid. we work with GLS for small parcels and for bigger quantity, we work with local forwarding agencies. Usually, the customer can choose to pick up the goods at our warehouse or we manage the delivery on behalf of customers.

we accept L/C, T/T, or cash if you visit us at our company premises.
2. How long do I get the goods?
All goods we publish on Alibaba are with stock ready for immediate dispatch. Usually, it takes one or two days to get dispatched. within the EU. Usually, it takes a maximum of 3 days to reach the customer warehouse.
3. Do you want a trade insurance company?
Yes, we do work with Coface. if you want to use the insurance facility, usually we need to charge 1.5% to cover the insurance costs. we will add this amount to the invoice if customers agree. in this case, if we get the credit based on your company's financial data, we could dispatch the goods without full payment via Coface.
4. Do you sell non-EU countries?
Yes, we do sell worldwide. the only difference is we need to make export documents.
5. Do you ship from China?
Yes, it is possible as well. we don't have all stock available in China warehouse. some items we have. we need to check the availabilities each time.
6. What is the guarantee?
The factory guarantee is 2 years. all defect goods will be replaced with new ones or customers get a refund. the defect rate for Midea products is under 0.3% which is very low in the electronics business.
7. Do I have to speak English if my English is not good?
We speak English, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin, Czech, and Slovakian.
8. Can I buy test samples?
Yes, we provide test samples. and also all related marketing materials.
9. Do you have our local language user's guides?
In the original carton, we provide English and Hungarian user guides. we do provide the translation work to our customers based on requests. the translation cost will be paid by customers usually. we make no profit over it. the translation price is 0.02euro/word in general.
10. Can I have exclusivity in my country or region if I sell Midea products?
In the beginning, we do not give exclusivity to anyone in any region. but it is possible for certain regions and items can be exclusively distributed after discussing with Midea headquarter, it needs quantity, long term partnership, and trusts which need time to build.
11. Where can I send back the defect goods?

12. Can I contact the Midea headquarter if I need bigger quantity and better prices?
We serve small and middle-size customers via our network. if you are big customers, you can contact Midea headquarters directly if you can reach the MOQ and willing to stock the goods in your warehouse.
13. Can I exchange the goods which I can't sell well?
Yes, you can exchange if the purchase was done within 2 months, Most of the time we need the agreement with customers each time. Usually, Customers need to pay the freight back to Budapest and also the extra costs needed during the return of goods. we do not recommend it because the prices of electronics are affected by many factors such as exchange rates.
