A: Yes. This can be done during a previously arranged Technical Training, as mentioned above, or as a separate event. Please contact us if you are interested in attending one of these seminars.

A: Yes, we can accommodate to this request. However, charges may apply. Please ask for conditions.

for the products from the date of acceptance, the warranty period is two years, if quality problems occurred within one year, we provide free replacement parts;
