* Thick Mica plate for high-performance thermal and electrical insulation is designed for electromechanical and thermomechanical applications requiring , It is used as a replacement for asbestos and other insulating boards for a variety of applications.
◆ Excellent insulating properties at high temperature: At 500-1000℃ operating ambient temperature, the voltage breakdown resistance is 15KV/mm;
◆ Good tensile property: It can be processed into a variety of shapes without layer separation;
◆ Excellent environmental protection performance: The product contains no asbestos, and has less smoke and odors, even smokeless and odorless when heating;

Application
Rigid Mica Sheet has a wide range of following applications: To implement resistor support, expecially for heating elements in
toasters, hair dryers; To manufacture closed heating elements such as heater bands, heating elements, clothes irons and presses,kettles, cooking appliances, heating elements for extrusion machines; To used as thermal insulation in circuit breakers such as divider between components affected by a high heat loads.
