Can I get samples before ordering?

Upon your detailed request for products (thickness, width, structure and colors), we can prepare small roll samples or A4 size
sample for your reference together with TDS and possible test report.

Can you do the colour based our sample?

Yes, we can do as your thickness, width and colours. Fire-retardant, UV reflection is also available.

Do you accept OEM and ODM?

Yes, we can do OEM&ODM as your needs.

Do you accept the third part inspection?

Yes, we accept the third part inspection like BV OR SGS etc.

Do you have stock products to sell?

No, because each customer have different request and logo design. We just produce the aluminum products by customer's
requirements.

How to reduce the color diffrence?

It's better if you can provide the pantone number, if not we will send you samples, after checking and confirming then start
production.

What is your payment terms?

TT and L/C at sight.

How about the delivery time?

Normally 20-35 days, and it really depends on the specification.

Which port for loading?

Shanghai port, Ningbo port or any other port you prefer.

What is the maximum quantity to be loaded in one 20'GP container?

18 tons.

Is it safe to delivery goods from China to our country?

We have more than 5 years experience for exporting. And all our goods are packed by good quality wood pallets and thick foams,
which protects the goods in a very good situation.

Do you produce for the whole year?

We only stop production 1 month before Chinese New Year to overhaul all the machines for next year.

When to book the order before Chinese New Year?

It's better if can order at the begining of November, so taht we can prepare production and shipping before that busy time.

When will you start production after Chinese New Year?

Usually we have 15 days holiday during Spring Festival.
