Air Hammer Forging Machine The air hammer is mainly composed of a frame, a transmission mechanism, a compression cylinder and a working cylinder, a compression piston, a falling part, an air distribution mechanism and an anvil.
The frame is the main body of the air hammer. Motors, transmission devices, working mechanisms and operating mechanisms are installed on the frame. These mechanisms are compactly combined into a whole on the frame.
Anvil
Air Hammer Forging Machine anvil pad and the lower anvil are installed on the anvil. In order to meet the stability of forging, the quality of the anvil is 12-15 times the mass of the dropped part. It is installed on a solid reinforced concrete foundation with a pad in between. Eliminate the vibration caused by hammering.
