Galvanized Steel Combined Water Tank is punched by Q235A into 1220mm*1220mm or 1000mm*1000mm and 1000mm* 500mm, 500mm*500mm standard panels, drilling around, after HDG treatment, assembly at site. When combined, the gap between two standard panels is sealed by silicon pad, connected by bolts.

Hot dip galvanized steel water tank use speacial slab. The 1000T hydraulic press mould made into different size slab, use bolt, rubber strip to connect into different specifications and forms.It is often used for water storage and other places. Our hot galvanized steel water tank could be custom-made with capacity from 0.125 CBM to 5000 CBM according to your needs. Generally the height should be no more than 5 meters, the length and width can be limited

Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support ,which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.
Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 5.0mm thickness according to requirement.
Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
Accessories
1.Bolts, nuts & washers, stainless steel 304 material.
2.Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
3.Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement.
4.Ladders and Level Indicator: Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.

Installment

After assembled, put in water to test the leakage.
After fill full water 12hours, if not leakage, the water tank
can be used normally
