Q: How long is the warranty time?
A: 1 year warranty for the whole system. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Hong-Er People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shippment.
