Application:
1. OverviewThe digital display fluorescent whiteness meter is composed of light source, optical system, detection system, data processing and display system, and the overall whiteness is R457. R457 = blue brightness R457 + fluorescent whiteness F.The whiteness of ideal surface with diffuse reflectance ratio of 1 is defined as 100, and the whiteness of absolute black surface with diffuse reflectance ratio of 0 is defined as 0.The instrument is completely designed according to the standard light source and lighting conditions specified by CIE. It has passed strict testing and debugging, and is implemented in the enterprise standard Q / tdky02-2004. It can be applied to national standards such as gb2913, gb5950, gb8940.1, gb12097 and gb13025.2.2.PrincipleBased on the principle of photoelectric conversion, the instrument uses analog-to-digital conversion circuit to measure the radiance energy value of white reflection on the sample surface. After signal amplification, a / D conversion and data processing, the instrument finally displays the corresponding whiteness value.3.Use Purpose
The instrument can be widely used for whiteness measurement of textile printing and dyeing, paint, chemical building materials, paper and paperboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamel, porcelain clay, talcum powder, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics and other objects. The opacity of paper can be calculated by measurement.

2). It is called "fluorescent whitening degree F" or "whitening degree F" to determine whether the sample contains
fluorescent whitening agent and determine the fluorescent whiteness value produced by fluorescent emission.
