  Outflow measurement and control system

  According to the pump outflow and technological requirements of mixed components as well as

  related parameters; component outflow controls pump outflow through motor speed, remove the

  mixing head, cooperating with each injection valve so that A, B raw material flow to each container.

  Flow parameters of each component and mixing parameters are separately detected and corrected to

  achieve the regulation and control of component flow.

  Component filter

  Two components have independent mesh filter between metering pump and barrel. Filtering accuracy

  is 330μm.
