1. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 500 pcs.
2. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ for RFID card?
Yes, it would be taken as sample order to production. We will pay more attention for sample order to ensure that customer will satisfy the quality and obtain the formal order.
3. How can I get the price?
Usually we quote our best price within 12 hours after receive your inquiry.
4. Can I get Free Samples?
Free for stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
Advanced sample fee US$ 40 should be required for printing sample.
It will be fully returned to customers if the order quantity is more than 10,000pcs.
5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is available .
6. How about the Package? if the card stand for long way shipment?
Our products would be package in a hard cardboard box first, and then in a 3 layers carton, and will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?
To be honest, it depends on the quantity. Generally 5-7 working days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10 working days for about 10,000pcs.
8. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, CFR, DDU, ect.
