Product introduction:
Melamine formaldehyde resin glue is mainly used for paper dipping and decorative plate production. However, the durability of dipping glue is short, normally only one week. Powdery product has a longer storage period and is easy for long distance transportation.

Instructions Used in wood adhesive:
Allocation proportion: EA104: modifier: flour : water
100 10-30 10-15 60
Glue-coating quantity: 150-160g/m2 (single board), use machine or hand work
Plank moisture: 7-9%
Hot-pressing temperature: 100-130 ℃
Hot-pressing pressure: 8-16 Mpa
Hot pressing time: 0.2-0.5 min/mm (sheet)
Adjustable glue: base on the recommend formula and test, the pot life is inversely proportional to the temperature.

Glue mix

1) Mixture Rate:  

 Weight:    2 portion powder to 1 portion water

 Volumn:  4 portion powder to 1 portion water

2) Dissolved Method

  a. Put the powder into a clean container. Add 2/3 water and blend it until all have been dissolved.

 b. Add the surplus 1/3 water and mix it about 2 to 5 minutes.  

c. The usage time of proper liquor should about 2 hours (Room Temperature)

Glue spread

The glue-spread rate is dependent on the surface of the adherents .Normal glue spread is 200-300 g/m2 .On very smooth surface(e.g medium density fiber board ,MDF) or in foil laminating ,lower glue spread may be used .On the other hand ,e.g on rough veneer surface ,more glue must be applied .

Hot press and basic press time (For example wood thickness :1mm)

Pressure: >0.2N/mm2

Suggest hot press temperature : 100℃

Each 1mm thickness wood require more 1 minutes hot press time

For example : 1mm thickness plywood need 1 minutes hot press time

            2mm thickness plywood need 2 minutes hot press time

Maintenance:

Normally the maintenance time is 8-12 hours , but in winter it must be maintained more than 12 hours over 20°C.

Note:
