Product Description
The moulded door skin is one of our main products. There're two types of moulded door skins avaiable now: Melamine faced MDF moulded door skin and veneer faced MDF door skin.
The Melamine faced MDF moulded skin is pressed in the hot presser with melamine face and MDF/HDF base in various patterns. The veneer faced MDF door skin is lamineted with wood veneers on pressed MDF/HDF base of various patterns. A second hot press is needed to consolidate the lamination.

Packing & Delivery
The door skins are usually packed in crates for easy handling. Sometimes we may load the containers without packages to save the space and cost. A lead time of 30 days is necessary for a regular order.
