Zimbabwe cotton is “one of the best” — fiber structure, high luster, whitening, pliability and ease of dyeing — is true for other varieties of high-grade extra-long staple cotton.
<Spinning&Dye>
The cotton will make its way through several other machines, where it will be ginned, stretched, twisted, and spun.
During this extensive process, the loose and untwisted roles of cotton will be processed into a strong yarn and meets the warp yarn of denim.
Finally, cotton yarns are bundled in ropes or spread out as sheets and run through several dyebaths in what’s known as ‘continuous dyeing ranges.’ dyed method also called rope dyeing and all process made in Japan.

Weaving by old shuttle-loom and craft our own denim fabric in the small town of Okayama city, Japan.
