MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
These machines using important excellent IGBT frequency module and our company’s third generation current conversion control technology, which is double controlling current conversion technology. The power and frequency can be adjust separately,as using IGBT soft switching device and amorphous inductor to form high frequency chopper circuit to adjust the power,IGBT series resonance and frequency auto adjustable technology can have more accurate soft control inverter process, all these can guarantee the induction heater can work more reliable with high power with 100% duty. Compare to second generation frequency conversion technology, the third generation is more suitable to use in high power heater to show its reliability.
GOOD PERFORMANCE ON MELTING:
M.F. melting machines can be used for melting steel, stainless steel , brass, aluminum, gold silver etc.Because of the stirring effect which caused by the magnetic force, the melting pool can be stirred during the melting course to ease the floating of the flux and oxides to produce high quality casting parts.Wide frequency range from1KHZ-20KHZ, working frequency can be designed by changing the coil and compensating capacitor according to the melting material, quantity, stirring effect desire, working noise, melting efficiency and other factors.
When melting, the cold furnace need 50-60minutes.The hot furnace need 20-30 minutes.
The machine have constant current and constant frequency control function, it can improve heating efficiency to save more energy.
Easy assembling.the machine connecting cable all have marks to clarify also have files and video for assembling. It just need to connect power and water for chilling can finish the assembling, only takes couple of minutes. No need professional assembling engineer,client can save more time ,energy and cost.

The machine have timer function. The heating speed(heating time) and heat preservation time can be digitally set up.

Combination 1:M.F. generator + compensating cap + coil
This is the most popular combination widely used now, for example, the M.F. forging furnace and melting furnace. Machine of this kind is simple, low cost, high efficiency.
In this combination, the coil is large or long, usually 3 to 10 meters long copper tube is needed to turn the coil. There is 550V high voltage directly between the coil and is not safe. So to ensure the safety of the operator, the coil must be insulated properly.
Combination 2:Generator + (compensating cap + transformer) + coil
This combination is also used widely, for example, melting furnace in vacuum and medium frequency quenching.
In this combination, Different output current and voltage can achieved through the changing of the ratio of the transformer to fit different applications.
In this combination, coil is isolated from the main circuit, so the coil is safe and need low insulation or no insulation.
Due to the adding of the transformer, the size and the cost of the whole heating system are raised, at the same time, transformer increases the energy consumption. The lower the frequency, the more the affection is.
The Control theory of the Generator:
Inside the MF generators, IGBT module and our fourth generation inverting control technology has been used, that is the soft and dual control and inverting technology on the basis of parallel oscillating circuit. In this technology, output power and frequency can be controlled and adjusted separately, IGBT module and soft switching control technology are used in the high frequency switching circuit to control the output power. In the inverting circuit, the IGBT and frequency tracing circuit is applied to achieve high speed and accurate soft switching control. The adoption of Dongda new technologies not only improves the quality and reliability of the machine,but also solve the technology problem on large power induction heating machine and makes it possible to work 100% duty cycle.
