.Remove the ampoule containing the medical adhesive, break the ampoule according to the notch mark line, and suck the medical adhesive out of the ampoule with a pipette for reserve. 2.According to the surgical standard, the wound must be debrided completely, hemostasis, and closure of deep tissue. The edge of the wound and the surrounding skin must be kept dry and clean to ensure that the medical adhesive can be in direct contact with the tissue for easy adhesion. Subcutaneous suture should be performed if necessary. Subcutaneous suture should be as close as possible to the dermis and close the dead cavity to make the incision even and conducive to adhesion.
.Squash the edges of bilateral wounds with hands or instruments to make them smooth and close to each other to ensure no tension on the skin.Glove or instrument in contact with medical adhesive can be smeared with vaseline or silicone oil to prevent accidental adhesion.
.Wipe away the bleeding and exudate from the wound.
.Apply the medical adhesive evenly along the surface of the incision line in sections (each drop of medical adhesive is about 0.05ml, which can bond the incision with length of 2-3cm; if the wound is smaller than 2-3cm, please reduce the amount), maintain the matching state for 5-15 seconds, and then glue the next section of the wound after the medical adhesive is fully solidified and formed into film.
.If the glue is too much, you can evenly smear the glue solution on the front of the straw or wipe the excess colloid with sterile dry gauze or dry cotton swab within 2 seconds after the use of the medical glue, so as to achieve the purpose of thin and uniform film.
