Q: How do I order from you ?
A: We will make quotation after you send us your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send us your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you the payment way. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Can you bear the freight?
A:The price we quote you is our factory price, not included other cost, like shipping cost and importation costs, so this cost you need to shoulder. Our distributors also need to shoulder this cost, as we usually give them the factory price and they use their own freight forwarder to transport the goods.
Q: I'm from Brazil,how can I order to avoid problem.
A:We can send it from our office in Miami by Fedex which will be very safe with Anvisa but the shipping agent cost about 80-100 USD per kilio.
