We mainly specialize in tubing products--parts or products made of metal tubes, telescopic parts, telescopic antennas, and needles, etc.. The most usual raw materials are stainless steel 201, 303, 304 and 316, brass, copper, aluminum and carbon steel. We have done on our products various types of machining like cutting by EDM or laser, bending, swaging, flaring, punching, drilling, beveling, notching, welding, engraving, marking, plating, anodizing, oxidation, etc.. Our products are widely used in medical, military, automobile industries or have uses related to everyday life. In a word, we are able to customize products which fall in our machining range mentioned above. For the size of products, we are capable of manufacturing products large up to 50mm diameter and small down to 0.25mm diameter, depending on specific machining requirements. The smallest are usually capillary tubes and needles used in surgery or electronics like PCB needle or pins, and the largest are usually metal frames or racks used to support weight. In addition, we also create telescopic parts which are made of tubes. The largest diameter we have ever made is 32.5mm and the longest length we have ever manufactured

A: All of our products are metal and mostly are made of tubes. Also, we offer plastic parts fitted with our metal parts.
Q: What is your technical advantages?
A: We specialize in precison metal parts. The smaller, the better for us. The smallest tube we can make is 0.25mm in diameter with 0.07mm wall thickness.
Q: Do you need drawings for quotation and production?
A: Yes, all our products are customized. We need either drawings or prototypes.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
