Q1. What is your terms of packing?
Ans: Generally, we pack our goods in PP bags. If you have other requests, we can pack your goods in your choice special packing and boxes accordance to your desire.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
Ans: Bank Transfer T/T, 100% Advance and 50% as deposit, 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
Ans: EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, DDU, DDP, Door Delivery.
Q4. What is your delivery Services?
Ans1: Express Door Delivery for all small and Bulk Orders. DHL, FEDEX, UPS, SKYNET, EMS, TNT

Ans: Regular Order time 15 - 30 days after receiving your advance payment, Order Delivery by Sea 30 - 45 Days and depend on order volume / quantity of your orders.

Ans: Sample can be dispatch with in 2 days if available your choice tools in our stocks, otherwise samples production time 5 - 7 Days, We only charge the Freight cost and sample is absolutely FREE of Cost.
