Performance Description:
The Countess® II Automatic Cell Count meter features advanced automatic focused counting and counting algorithms that enable you to quickly and accurately identify and count cells within a cell population. After the slide is inserted, the Countess® II Automatic cell counter automatically focuses the cells, helping the user eliminate the artificial fluctuations associated with the manual focusing mechanism. This method is most suitable for counting cells between 5 m and 60 m in suspensions with densities of 1 x 104 to 1 x 107 cells /mL.
Main Uses:
The new Countess® II Automatic Cell counter is a desktop cell analysis platform equipped with state-of-the-art optical and image analysis software that allows rapid evaluation of cells within the suspension.
Feature:
1. Processing time: the cell count can be accurately completed in about 10 seconds, and data such as total number of cells, number of living cells, number of dead cells, cell viability rate, cell diameter, diameter distribution map and cell pictures can be provided.
2. Gating function: the parameters such as brightness, diameter and roundness of cells can be adjusted, and the cells of interest can be counted.
3. Focusing mode: There are two modes of automatic focusing and manual focusing for the experimenter to choose.
4. Cell sample range:1 * 104-1 * 107 cells /ML.
