The dust removal equipment used in boiler dust collection includes mechanical dust collector, bag dust collector, electric dust collector and wet dust collector. A mechanical precipitator is a device that separates particulate matter from air flow by means of mass forces (gravity, inertia, centrifugal force, etc.). It includes gravity settling chamber, inertial precipitator and cyclone precipitator and so on.

A bag filter is a dust-containing gas entering a cylindrical filter bag from the lower part. When passing through the pores of the filter material, the dust is captured on the filter material, and the clean air through the filter material is discharged from the outlet and deposited on the surface of the filter material. A dedusting and purifying facility that falls off the surface of the filter material under the action of mechanical vibration and finally falls into the ash hopper.

The electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a kind of dust precipitator which can separate dust from the dust-containing gas in the process of separation by high-voltage electric field, and under the action of electric field force, the dust particles can be gathered on the dust collecting board to separate the dust from the dust-containing gas.

Wet dust collector (WSP) is a kind of dedusting equipment, which makes the dust separate from the dust-containing gas by making use of the inertial collision of the droplet and the particle or the chemical action of the particle to catch the particles in close contact with the dust-containing gas (usually water), so that the dust can be separated from the dust-containing gas.
