Q2:What warranty of the shelves from your factory?
A2:At the normal condition,it could have 1-2 years.
Q3:How long is the delivery time?We would like to get it asap.
A3:I believe our 7 day-deliver service will be perfect satisfied your urgent need.
Q4:Is sample avaliable?How long is the sample time?
A4:For regular design,sample time is only 7 days.
For tailor-made design,sample time will be 10-15 days.
Q5:Do you have any ship service help me to get the order?
A5:Yes,RuiHe is equipped with an export team with 10 years' experience,who would operate the shipping if necessary.
Q6:Could we know more about deposit and balance?
A6:Yes.Our rule is 50%-50%.All payment will be collected back before shippment.However,30-70% is accepted,too.
Q7:Would you accept the ODM order?Will need sample to check?
A7:Yes,ODM order is accepted.If design is simple,our designer could reshaped the product out with 3D software.But if complicated,it is better to send us sample for checking.
