Surface Treatment:

l     ---Surface must be free from rust,grease,dust,water,corrosion,etc;

l     ---If apply on the same paint YB88000, the previous coat must be dry and free from dusts,etc

l     ---If apply on old primer, or old epoxy paint, PU paint, must sand before coat YB88000.

Application Parameter:

Valid time of Mixture: 6 hours

Product Mating:  

This paint can be applied on treated metal surface directly. For a longer and better life and performance, it is recommended to apply Epoxy Primer previously.

Re-coat time:

3~4 hours (touch dry)if applied on the same paint;

If coated on primer, re-coat time should be over 24 hours.

Mixing Ratio:

Paint(YB-88000) : Hardener(YB-81) : Thinner (YB-9200)  =

  1g       :    0.3g         : 0.3~0.6g      (by weight)
