  The company also produces ISBe, ISCe, and ISLe series engines, 3.9 to 9 litres with full electronic control and a power range from a 100 to 400 HP which complies with Euro III and IV emission standards and Tier II, Tier III standards for off highway mechanical equipment, Dongfeng and Cumm1ns strategic cooperation has undergone 4 major steps since the mid-80's when it started as a license agreement for the B Series engine to today's development of a new 13 litre engine which will take advantage of Cumm1ns Industry leading technology that will make it capable of meeting future emission standards in global heavy duty markets. Dongfeng and Cumm1ns are also joint partners in the Fleetguard filter manufacturing plant in Shanghai.
