Q1. What is your MOQ ?

A: Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our products in a opp bag per pc and then put in  master cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: 1. 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings,  it takes 5-7 days. We can make the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We usually provide existing sample for free. But we will sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8. What certification does your factory passed?

We have got SEDEX 4P & ISO 14001 / 9001 and Disney factory certification, and if you need, we will send the cerificate copy to you.
