Description

Water based, semi-gloss, marble appearance, ready to use decorative topcoat for interior surface.

Uses

• All previously painted surfaces.
• Interior surfaces such as concrete, plaster, fiber cement board, glass textile and wall paper.

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be smooth, clean, dry and solid. Old painted, glass textile, or wall paper covered surfaces must be removed. Surface should be smoothed with applying INPAST Acrylic Interior Paste. After the paste applied surface is sanded, PRIME C 1/7 Concentrated Primer diluted with water in the ratio of 1/7 (1 cup primer / 7 cup water) and applied to complete the surface preparation process. Due to its weak and chalking quality, sateen plaster should never be used on the surface.

Application

Ready to use, do not diluted.

After surface preparation, MARBLE BEACH Marble Texture Paint should be applied by using a trowel in a single layer without dilution. Second layer of application is applied on wet surface. The surface is smoothed out by circular motion applied through the sides moving from outside towards inside. After the surface dries, the third layer should be applied with a spatula in a patch pattern. Immediately following the application, and before the product is dry, the polishing process must be started with the help of a trowel. Application must be made with care without applying too much pressure on the surface. If too much pressure is applied on the surface, it will appear as a scratched surface. After the polishing process is completed, the surface must be allowed to dry for 24 hours.

Storage and Shelf Life

The product can be stored for 2 years in its unopened package, in a cool place, and protected against direct sunlight and frost.
