Working Principle
The ribbon mixer is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules or powders homogeneously. It is composed of a U-shaped horizontal mixing barrel, sprial ribbon agitator and driven parts. The spiral ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical blades. The outer sprial ribbon pushes the materials inwards in the container, while the inner one pushes the materials to move outwards which could form an efficient circulation and mixture among materials within a short time.
