Product details and operation instructions:

The lightweight design is suitable for spraying low viscosity and fine fluid (for example: release agent), combined with precision nozzle needle and air atomization cap, to provide the best atomization effect, especially for spraying the super smooth surface of the release agent on the mold. This lightweight spray gun is widely loved by thermoplastics and casting industry. it has a short gun body and double feed pipe to deliver liquid and atomized air into the handle, making it comfortable to use.
Precautions before use:
The spray gun can only be used as a pneumatic tool, manual operation is limited, under any circumstances, the spray gun should not be used for other purposes, so as not to harm the operator or other personnel nearby.
Matters needing attention when spraying:
1. Do not allow untrained or unrelated personnel to operate the spray gun.
2. Do not pull the air duct of the spray gun, which may damage the joint of the spray gun and air pipeline, and even harm the staff.
3. Do not light or smoke in the workplace, and there should be no kindling nearby.
4. Solvents that will chemically change with aluminum should not be used in order to avoid danger.
5. Use pressure of 2.5kg/cm 2

Can exceed 85DB (A), so please also wear safety ear muffs to protect ears, whether in painting or cleaning
Wear goggles and gloves when spraying guns.
Adjustment method:
Please follow the instructions below to adjust the spray surface control group, paint control group and air control group of the spray gun to achieve good atomization effect.
1. Turn the paint adjustment group to the left to increase the amount of paint, and turn right to reduce the amount of paint.
2. If the paint regulation group is turned to the right, the spray gun will only eject air
3. It is recommended to adjust the air pressure to 2kg, and keep a distance of 10-15 cm between the spray gun and the painted object
Maintenance:
1. After each spraying, spray cover, nozzle and thimble should be cleaned with brush
2. Please clean the paint passage inside the spray gun with solvent
3. Do not soak the whole spray gun in the solvent
4. Mrs-r type spray gun, when the spray cover is tightened, the tip of the nozzle should be slightly protruding the spray cover.
