How to use

1. Sensitization: Dissolve diazonium with about 70-100 grams of purified water. Then pour the diazonium solution into the photosensitive glue, stir thoroughly with a glass rod or wooden rod, and use it after the bubbles disappear completely.

3. Drying: It is best to control the drying temperature below 40°C. If the temperature is too high, it will cause thermal reaction of the photosensitive adhesive and affect the plate making effect. The screen should be fully dried.

4. Exposure: The best light wave is 300-400nm, if you use ultra-high pressure mercury lamp or high pressure iodine gallium lamp, the effect will be better.

5. Development: It is recommended to use a high-pressure water gun or spray gun to flush the layout at a uniform speed.

6. Drying: After developing, remove the moisture on the surface of the screen first, and then put it in a drying oven below 40℃ for drying. It needs to be fully dried, otherwise the screen will easily fall off.

7. Re-exposure: Expose the S side, and the exposure time is 1-2 times of the P side exposure, which can greatly improve the printing durability.

Matters needing attention

1. Storage of photosensitive glue: The storage temperature of photosensitive glue before sensitization is best in a cool and dark place at 20°C. Do not store in an environment exceeding 25°C or lower than 5°C, otherwise chemical and physical changes are likely to occur, which will affect normal use. Please store diazonium in a 

2. Degreasing of the screen: The screen before coating the photosensitive glue should be thoroughly cleaned with a special degreasing agent to remove grease and dirt. After thorough cleaning and drying, high-quality screens can be obtained and the printing durability can be improved.

3. Diazonium dissolution: pure water or purified water should be used to dissolve diazonium. If tap water is used directly, the minerals and scale in the tap water will chemically react with the photosensitive glue, which will affect the performance. In severe cases, it will cause the colloid to agglomerate and fail. Normal use.

4. Drying box temperature: The best temperature of the drying box is below 40℃. When it exceeds 40℃, the photosensitive glue is prone to thermal reaction, which reduces the resolution. The drying box should be equipped with an exhaust device so that the moisture in the box can be exhausted and the efficiency of the complete drying of the screen can be improved. It is necessary to check whether the temperature inside the oven is consistent with the set temperature every month.
