This series oil filling machine includes rotary and linear two knives,can be chosen by customer.This type can be applied to oil realm such as edible oil, lubricating oil and agrochemicals etc. It can be equipped with different straight-line-filling heads according to the requirement of clients,which meets the requirement of GMP.
Features:
1. Suitable for all kinds of liquid, high precision;
2. PLC control system, frequency conversion adjusting speed, high degree automation;
3. No bottle, no filling, auto count the quantity. And have the anti-drop device;
4. Filling quantity of all pumps is adjusted in a lump, minim adjustable for each pump. Easy and quick operate;
5. Filling head is equipped with anti-dropping equipment, diving to the bottom to fill, rise slowly, to avoid bubble;
6. The whole machine is suitable bottles in different size, easy adjusting, and can be finished in short time.

Servo Motor Control:
Rotary Valve Design：
It suitable for viscous liquid or sauce filling. The rotary valve is also used for micro-adjustment for each head and ensure filling will not get stuck.
SUS304 Filling Head:
The filling heads are made of stainless steel. They have excellent properties, such as rust-proof, corrosion-resistant and acid-alkali-free, which greatly improves the service life of the machine. Besides, it can be also customized in SUS316L.
Cylinder:
The cylinder is also made of stainless steel 304. As for cleaning, it’s very easy to do that you only need to fill the clean water into it. Besides, it can be customized in stainless steel 316.
PLC:
You can choose the different languages. Completely realized human-computer interaction, each filling head can be independently controlled and filling accuracy can be achieved. Easy to operate, and accurate filling.
Touch Screen:
The cylinder is also made of stainless steel 304. As for cleaning, it’s very easy to do that you only need to fill the clean water into it. Besides, it can be customized in stainless steel 316.

Filling Production Line
(1) Bottle Feeding:
This bottle unscrambler machine feeding table is suitable for glass bottles,feed empty bottles to the filling production line. Connected with filling machine,capping machine, labeling machine, to form a whole filling line. This machine has smart structure, simple working principle, working steady and reliable.
(2) Filling:
The machine adopts piston pump for filling materials and is driven by servo motor and it can be easily adjusted to fill for different volumes of bottles on the HMI. Besides, it can fill different bottles at one filling machine with quick speed and high precision.
(3) Capping:
Bottle caps automatically goes into bottle caps slot by adopting cap-pulling device. In order to the machine can fit on capping on various bottle volumes, and considering multi-usages in this machine, so it is adjustable on machine design. It has more advantages on well-structure, good outlook, small volume, low weight, wide using range, easy dismissible and maintenance, and low quality of bottle broken.
(4) Labeling:
Automatic round bottle sticker labeling machine is widely used in various specifications of circular object labeling, taper cylinder labeling, such as cosmetics, food, medicine, daily chemical, toys, hardware, plastics and other industries, can achieve full/ half cycle labeling.
(4) Labeling:
Automatic double side adhesive labeling machine is suitable for applying sticker labels on the front and back side of bottles, etc. The labeling speed is also dependent on the stable motion of the product on the conveyor of the equipment,at a relatively higher speed.
(5) Bottle Packing:
This packing table is used for packing the finished bottles.
