Application
High Temperature Solid Silicone rubber have many advantages over other forms of elastomers. It is well nown for its use in food,medical and other industry applications. It can also be used in automotive, electronics and lighting sections, LED, M/B, P/S, Heat Sink,electronic components: IC, CPU, MOS ect.
Fearture
Sillcone will keep constant even at high temperatures, but should not be used with high pressure steam. Silicone has excellent resistance to heat (dry air), at +300°C intermittent and will remain flexible at low temperatures of -60 ℃ and is also resistant to ultra-violet light, Ozone, sea water and weathering.
Hardness
The standard hardness is 60° Shore and we can offer customized service. Silicone can remain constant even at high temperatures Support, the hardness that can be provided is generally between 30°-70°
Thickness
Thickness range are between 0.3mm and 15mm, thickness tolerance is ± 0.3mm.Custom thickness is available.
Colors
Its natural color is translucent, but can provide non-transparent, such as white, red oxide, black, blue, gray and black colors, can be customized according to Pantone color card.
Temperature Range
Tested continuous operating Temperature at +250℃ (+482,,F) for 24 Hours in an Air Ventilated Oven. Excellent resistance to heat (dry air), continuous work Temp (-40℃~+260℃)
