High-performance PTFE shaped to your specifications

Molded PTFE sheet is available in standard and custom sizes ranging from 0.063" to 8" thick, up to 48" x 48" square. Standard PTFE sheet sizes include 24" x 24", 36" x 36" & 48" x 48". Using our advanced compression molding process, we can make PTFE sheets with a very high quality surface finish, free from stress cracks and close to the dimension of the end product, maximizing economy and reducing material loss.
Additional fabrication, machining, and milling are also offered through our in-house machining facility. All molded PTFE can be furnished with one or more surfaces modified by either sodium ammonia or sodium naphthalene etch to ensure excellent bonding ability. Molded PTFE sheets are available in a wide variety of virgin and modified resins as well as PTFE compounds.

If it is neccessory,we would like to apply for the certificates under your company's name,when you place the volume orders. 5.Q: What is your MOQ? A:Usually MOQ=100kg for every speicification. but for your customized plastic parts ,especially processing parts by CNC, MOQ can be negociated. 6.Q: What about your delivery time? A:for the standard specifications,usually delivery time=12-15 days, but for customized specifications,it will be extended 5-10 days. 7.Q: Do you accept the deal or negociation on line? A:We would like to accept any types deal or negotiation on line. we are good at ZOOM, Microsoft net meeting, and on line chatting tools. 8.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? A:Quality is priority!
