MAISHI is a professional nylon mesh manufacturer in China with over 30 years' experience. MAISHI is capable of heat-slitting mesh into mesh ribbons without fraying edges. Our mesh nylon filter cloth is food grade and widely used for filtration, screening etc, can be made into bags, pieces etc. Welcome to contact us if you have nylon mesh inquiry, we are always here to support you.

 

Opening size: 150micron, other opening size 40 micron to 1900 micron is also available
Material: PA6 (food grade)
Width range from: 1.27m or at request
Shape:  can be made into Ribbons, rolls, Tubes, discs, pieces
Finishing: 
1. Hot or cold cut mesh to different shapes
2. Heat-sealed Mesh Filter Bags

Our mesh nylon filter cloth is widely used in filteration (flour, juices. soybean milk, oil, cheese, air purification, powder coating filtering in industry etc. ), the industries of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, cement, environmental dedusting etc.

Package and delivery for 100 micron nylon filter mesh:

 

We have two kind of packing type:


1.Fold the mesh into plastic bag ,then in carton.Suitable for small quantity and have no requirement on the crease.
2.Pack the mesh with paper and plastic bag,then in carton.Suitable for large quantity and the mesh has better surface then folding type.

Payment term


T/T in advance if order amount less than USD10000.00, 30%paid in advance and 70% paid before shipment if order amount more than USD10000.00.
L/C payment is workable.


Any other payment term can be negotiated.
