1.Can I order a sample to find out about the quality?
And how long can I get the sample? Yes, of course. Samples are usually brand new sets as well, it will be sent within 7days upon receipt of the sample fee and shipping fees payments.
2. What are you payment terms and procedures?
We only accept T/T for new customers, LC (Line of Credit) can only be extended for repeat
customers.Paypal is good too. All payments will be made to our bank in the CHINA.
3. What are the recommended spare parts to stock:

To benefit from the limited warranty, motor, frame,battery,controller , display ,charger one year , another easy broken parts
without warranty , like tyres , stwitch , light.....and so on
6. I am a first timer looking to start my electric scooter business, can you introduce me to a freight forwarder/shipping agent?
Absolutely. We can introduce you directly to our own contacts so it is easier for you. If you like us to assist you with the
shipping, we will just quote you exactly what the shipping agents quote us, pricing will be transparent so you will know your Cost. We want long-term partners, if you don't make money, we won't have business as well.
7.can i do our logo on scooter and carton ?
what is MOQ ? yes , we can do your logo on scooter and carton , but you need send the logo PDF flie to us ,then we make draw design for you ,but MOQ at least 30pcs , more quantity better for us , beacuse easy talking with supplier .
