1、 Maintenance:
1. Add lubricating oil (grease) to the middle shaft of the capping machine every month
2. Weighing correction shall be carried out every three months (the correction method is attached)
3. Replace the solenoid valve every 18 months (inside the electric box)
4. Replace the discharge valve cylinder every 24 months (two in a group)
5. Replace the gland cylinder every 36 months
6. Replace the weighing module and gland sensor every 24 months
7. Replace all air tubes every 36 months
8. Replace the drive drum every 24 months
9. Clean the storage hopper and scale platform after each use
10. Replace the electric box button every 24 months (start, feeding, emergency stop)
2、 Common faults and Countermeasures:

The empty barrel cannot be filled automatically 1. Check whether the switch is in automatic gear; (when the switch is in the automatic position, the set filling target weight should be displayed on the lower side of the display. If only the upper line is displayed, check the change-over switch)
2. Whether there is a packing bucket on the weighing platform before startup; (the scale platform shall remain in no-load state before startup)
3. Whether the empty barrel weight is within the set barrel skin range (key 5 is the lower limit and key 6 is the upper limit)
4. If the above processing is invalid, please seek technical support.
Filling weight is more or less 1. Check whether the air inlet pressure is normal;
2. Check whether the parameters of key 8 are set correctly; (parameter 8 shall be set to 2.500-3.000 for normal use);
3. Check whether the discharge valve cylinder is damaged;
4.4 key parameters cannot be set too large, generally between 0.100-0.250;
5. If the above processing is invalid, please seek technical support.
There is a large deviation between the displayed weight of the filling machine and other scales 1. Check whether there are materials or other sundries stuck between the weighing module under the scale platform and the base;
2. In the non filling state, take the same items and weigh them on different scales respectively. Is there any error
3. Correct again according to the correction method;
4. Replace the weighing module;
5. If the above processing is invalid, please seek technical support.
Automatic capping is not possible 1. Check whether the gland sensor is damaged;
2. Check whether the gland solenoid valve is damaged;
3. Check whether the gland cylinder is damaged
