The TXF10/25 high-speed shuttleless ribbon machine is a textile machine that is used to produce various PP belts, zipper, cotton belts, seat belts, bra straps, lattice belts and elastics. It is mainly applicable to producing cotton belts, label tapes, shoestrings, elastics, decorative belts, strong tensile bands, fishing nets, fishing lines, tow ropes, marine ropes, sports belts, curtain tapes, wires, fibers and other high quality belts. 1. The pattern creation is controlled by 10-20 heald frames. The number of lines can be freely chosen from 2 to 12. The weaving width ranges from the minimum 3mm to 110mm.

2. This shuttleless ribbon machine adopts durable high precision parts. The machine body is widened for a larger adjustment range. It is equipped with automatic oil cycling device.

3. The user can freely arrange the pattern using the pattern chain. The pattern card adopts nylon buckle type connection for an easy change of pattern.

4. The ribon weaving machine stops automatically upon yarn break and a warning light will give prompts. The motor is capable of a quick brake, which effectively reduces yarn waste and damaged band.
