Products Description
This product is a two-component room-temperature-curing polyurethane adhesive. Component A is a milky white (or black) color paste-like liquid, and component B is a brown transparent liquid curing agent. This product is extremely convenient to use. Mix the glue according to A: B = 4: 1 and stir well. It can be cured at room temperature when applied to the part to be glued. A and B components can be separated for long-term storage. After curing, this product has the characteristics of good elasticity, bright surface, good impact resistance, low shrinkage, good durability, non-toxic and harmless, etc. It is suitable for the bonding of foam sandwich wood sandwich structure, and is also suitable for metal, foam materials, Ceramic, stone and other materials. This product has excellent bonding strength and impact resistance.
Method of use
1. Grind and clean the surface of the adherend and wash it with acetone (or alcohol);
2. Mix the two components A and B in a mass ratio of 4: 1, and stir evenly before use;
3. Apply the glue evenly on the surface to be glued, just press. This product can be cured at room temperature. Properly increasing the temperature (40-60 ° C) can speed up the curing reaction.
Safety matters
1. The A and B components must ensure accurate mixing and uniform mixing;
2. The curing reaction of polyurethane is exothermic, and the higher the temperature, the faster the curing reaction speed.
3. The uncured glue can be cleaned with ethanol or acetone;
4. Component B is an isocyanate curing agent, which easily reacts with moisture in the air and loses its activity. It should be sealed to prevent moisture.
Packaging and storage
This product must be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. Component B should be sealed and protected from light. The storage period is half a year. The A and B components of this product are packed in plastic barrels, A: 15Kg / barrel, B: 3Kg / barrel. This product is non-flammable and explosive and can be transported as general chemicals.
