1. Confirm whether the machine is filled with gasoline, engine oil, and hydraulic oil.
2. Before starting the machine, open the reflux valve and adjust the pressure regulating valve to Z low.
3. Adjust the gun to the required height before starting.
4. Open the machine and run it again with water or thinner.
5. After starting the machine, exhaust the air and apply a little pressure to hold the return pipe until the material is discharged.
6. Turn off the return valve after turning on the material and adjust the spray finish and pressure.
7. After the work is completed, first stop the machine to remove the pressure and replace it with thinner or water and repeat the previous steps to rinse the machine until it is clean.
8. Be sure to turn off the oil circuit switch before consigning the machine to prevent mixing of engine oil and gasoline.
