Hongfa QT10-12 block machine is manufactured on the base of technical modification to the original block shaping machines, it changes the former one-time-vibration into twice-vibration of moulding core. So the block density becomes higher,shaping speed quicker and block strenght more even, this model of machine can be suitable to the customers who have any kinds of existing cement working sites, and the consumption pallests can be reduced.

Direction for use&other accessories

1. Raw material feeding. After mixing cement, sand, water, quarry etc, material will be delivered in to hopper via conveyor belt.

2. Up mold goes to back, and raw material falls down from hopper, after feeding, up mold fall down then platform start to vibrate for molding.

3. Block conveyor will convey blocks after molding, use trolley to take it to curing area.

4. Except for block machine, you will also need batching machine, mixer, stacker, for normal production. Cement silo and pallet elevator will depends on local cement supplying way and labor cost.

Yes,the above price includes one set mould.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
