Q1. How do I apply the hair system?

You can use blue tape or liquid glue to apply the toupee by yourself. If you don’t know how you can search the tutorial video on Youtube. No matter how, we still suggest you go to the hair salon to install the toupee, cause you need to trim the hair in order to get the hairstyle you want.

Q2. How long does the hair last?
With proper care (clean and condition the hair regularly, the hair will last 6-12 months). If you wear the toupee every day, the lifetime may shorter, about 4-6 months.

Q3. How do I know if the hair is human hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.

Q4. What is the natural color hair?
Our hair is natural color, close to #1b, there is a little color shading between the material and the photo.

Q5.Can I dye/color the hair?

Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker since it is difficult for the original color to fade. But we don’t suggest you to dyed the color yourself, cause the base will be easily damaged if you couldn’t control the time and density of the liquid when dying.  

Q6: Can they be straightened, curled?

Yes, you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style our virgin hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q7: I paid the order yesterday, why the vendor has not shipped the goods?
We will ship the hair within 48 hours after receiving your full payment. We normally arrange the shipment after payment done in 24 hours, if you pay on Saturday, we may ship the item on next Monday.

Q8.How long does it take to delivery?
We ship the parcel by FedEx or DHL. It normally takes about 2~3 work days to the USA. 3~4 workdays to the UK. And 5~6 workdays to Africa and other countries.

We also need your receiver name, address, phone number, zip code, email, so that we can delivery our hair for you right away when we receive your full payment.

 Q9.How can I track my order?

When you place the order with us, we will send the tracking number to you, then you copy the tracking number and go to FedEx or DHL website to track your order. Also, we will update the order information to you every day.

Q10.What is your payment terms?
