1.What shall I pay attention to when registering?
A: Some mailboxes may list registered email as spam. If do not find registered email, please check if it is listed in the spam box.
2. When I connect the camera to my Home WIFI and try to view activities via the app on my mobile, It is only successful when I connect my mobile to the same Home WIFI. When I step out and try to monitor activities at home, it goes offline. Why and how to solve?
A: It just connects hotspot, NOT connects Router WIFI(Internet). Please Reset camera and reconnect.
Ensure camera is close to WIFI Router for better signal connection. During the process of camera connecting Router WIFI, Please note one very important step. That is: after you select your WIFI and Input WIFI password, connecting time is around 60 seconds,while connecting, App will refresh itself, after 60 seconds, exit APP and open APP, camera is online on APP, and camera GREEN light is on. If GREEN Light is flashing, it means Router WIFI Connection failed, please reset and reconnect.
3.The camera working time is a bit short, why?
A: Due to compact design, the battery capacity can not be very big. After full charged, the standard working time is around 1 hour without charge.For first time use, please make sure camera is full charged. When charging, RED light is on. After full charge, RED light is off.
4.Why is WIFI connection not stable?
A: It may be (1)Internet speed is low; (2)Router WIFI Signal is weak; (3) Mobile phone operation environment is not good;
(4)Camera and WIFI router are blocked by barrier like wall; (5) Camera is too far(more than 10 meters) away from WIFI Router; (6)Too many devices connected with the WIFI Router.
5. When camera connected WIFI, put mobile phone near camera and turn on voice on APP, it has harsh noise, why?
A: Because camera sound interferes with mobile phone MIC, just take phone away. The camera is mainly used for remote view, it will not happened for remote view.
6.Does it play recorded audio?
A: It records video with audio, when play recorded video, we can also hear audio.
7.Why does alarm message sometimes time-lag and sometimes not successfully?
A:Due to different Internet operating environment , different Router WIFI signal strength, and different user’s mobile phone
operating environment, alarm transmission may be time lag or not successfully.
8.Can we speak as well or just listen?
A: This model camera is built-in one-way audio so we can just listen.
9. Can I connect multiple cameras to my phone after connected Internet?
A: Yes, can, and one mobile phone support remote live view streaming video of 4 cameras at the same time after connected Internet. If you have 4 cameras, you can put them in different places, and remote monitor them at anytime and anywhere. Hotspot connection does not support this function.
10. I connected first camera with Router WiFi(Internet Connection), how do I connect a second camera?
