2. We have our own design department. if youdon’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free.Printedsamples with design, need sample charges, the exact charges depends on your final design and product. We will return samplecharges to you once place an order.
4. Lead time: 3-5 days for blank sample, 7 days for customized sample. For mass production,normally it takes 15-20 days, rush orders are available.
5. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.
