Allemandi is a producer of dry pasta, both with eggs and without eggs, organic and conventional. We are artisans based in Piemonte and we are IFS higher level certified. We focus on the selection of the best ingredients for our products, such as the best Italian durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. We extrude using only bronze dies and we dry our products at low temperature and using solar power, in order to get the highest final quality and cooking yield respecting the environment.
The bright colors of our three colors tagliatelle are achieved without using any artificial coloring, but only natural ingredients such as spinach for green and red beet for red.
Together with the quality of our products, the other strength we are proud of, is that we can customize the supplies according to the need of the client.
