Rice (64%): Water, rice type “Ribe” (31,7%), BUTTER, salt, mise ene place with saffron (modified potato starch, LACTOSE, palm fat, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate; salt, spices (turmeric, CELERY seed powder), sunflower oil, saffron 0,4%, dyes: riboflavin, cochineal, carotenes; aromas), black pepper.
Stuffing: Water, minced beef, minced pork, mozzarella (MILK, rennet, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: E202), double tomato concentrate (tomato 99,5%, salt), sugar, white wine (contains SULFITES), salt, black pepper. With "Sempre Ghiotti" we serve the genuine Sicily, with its smells and authentic flavors. We share all real Sicilian products, not only those famous around the world, but also special dishes of local origin (have you ever heard of Stigliole Palermitane? And of Panelle Nissene?).
We have chosen the most traditional recipes of our land; we serve them on your table with easy preparations, suitable to contemporary life. For all that, we aim to complete your tasting experience: bit by bit we want to make you plunge into a totally Sicilian flavor.
Another aspect that characterizes us is the desire to look "beyond our horizon". In fact, for some time, we have been working to make the Sicilian cuisine "within the world’s reach." So, we experiment with the use of autochthonous and very high-quality raw materials from all over the planet to combine them with the typical recipes of the Mediterranean diet.
Often these culinary tests are commissioned by some European market’s players: appreciating the quality of our work and not having a proper know-how in the field of transformation of fish products, into ready-to-eat meals, we are asked to create tasty homemade frozen recipes, without additives and preservatives, 100% edible and characterized by simple preparation. In three words, the products "Sempre Ghiotti".
Production Process
Slap-up frozen food
We produce the complete line of the dishes "Sempre Ghiotti" by ensuring the highest quality to our customers: we monitor the entire production process through constant controls.
Raw materials are our mainstay because they come from local from-farm-to-fork production realities that preserve the natural genuineness of the ingredients. The preparation of the dishes is handmade in kitchens meant for catering, it is not mechanically or factory made.
Once ready, we proceed with immediate -40 ° freezing of the product that guarantees the optimum conservation without the use of additives, and it maintains intact the original taste. To taste the product at home, just bake it for 15 minutes and it is soon ready, fragrant and tasty.
