Which formats of drawing are preferred?
2D drawings: PDF, AutoCAD
3D drawings: IGS, x_t, STP, eDrawing, etc.
Is there any charge for the samples? If yes, what is the estimated cost?
Yes, there is tooling cost/set-up cost for samples. Usually, it depends on part size and difficulty.
Will I receive a final confirmation of the design before mass production?
Yes, of course. We will send samples and ask you for final approval.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500pcs or 1000pcs per design.
What kind of raw materials do you use?
For all products we use virgin materials, which include new aluminum and steel alloy.
Can I customize LOGO or color?
Yes, you can.
Can I customize my own design?
Yes, you can. We have development and design capability as well as in house tooling.
What is the lead time for prototype (initial design)?
About 2 weeks for prototypes by mock-up process.
What is the lead time for samples?
Usually about 4-8 weeks.
What is the estimated lead time for mass production?
Usually 2-4 weeks after sample approval.
