This machine can recycle the waste oils to yellow base oil. It not only removes the impurities, water, acid matter, organic and inorganic acid effectively, but also can remove carbon particulate matter and peroxides. In gas/diesel engine oil, bitumen and colloid and other sludge can be removed similarly, and it can change the color to golden color, remove bad odor.

1.what ability we have?

2.Why we need to add the catalyst?
Catalyst will keep the recycled oil stabilization, avoiding the recycled oil oxidate and color change back to black. So the recycled oil from our machine will keep yellow at least half one year or one year.
3.Why the machine need work under vacuum condition?
The machine work under negative pressure, the boiling rage of the used oil is lower under high vacuum condition, if without vacuum unit, the oil will crack when temperature up to 420-450 degree( and the oil will become to diesel when temperature is 450 degree)
4. Warranted?
Yangjiang promise the machine is 100% brand new, we will provide 12 months quality guaranty from the time machine starts running at the buyer’s site.
5. Installation and training:
Yangjiang provide 20-30days free installation and training.we will dispatch 1-2 engineers go to buyer’s factory for installation, testing and commissioning the machine, also train or provide any other technical assistance.all expenses for visa, accommodation, round-trip air ticket and lodging shall be borne by the Buyer
