DBC Series Motorized Belt Conveyor System:
The Belt Conveyor is suitable for the products such as bottles , cans , bags etc horizontal conveying and lifting up or lifting down. To make full use of the limited space to connected with other equipment in the production linkage to transport products,to ensure continuous production .
The mechanical structure of the system is a new design, most of the components are formed by stamping or bending, which has the advantages of good rigidity, light weight and good interchangeability. The electric control system uses PLC to control the operation of the whole line conveying and buffering system, and automatically realizes the functions of speed acceleration and automatic intelligent buffering.

2. The Belt Conveyor main structure is 304 Stainless Steel or aluminium alloy,could resist kinds of corrosion come from weak acid or weak alkali. The Conveyor's wearing strip is made of ultra-high molecular polyethylene, with small friction resistance, high wear resistance and long service life.
3. Adopt independent electrical control cabinet, and the main electrical components is world famous brand PLC, Touch Screen,Frequency Converter and Sensors,etc.
