Electric Power Mobile Concrete Batching Plant With Drum Type Concrete Mixer as one of the YHZG Series mobile concrete batching plant is a new type mixing plant adapt to the fast installation and movement. It is designed and manufactured by our factory based on the practical construction projects. The whole design is with convenient installation, stable and reliable operation convenient transportation. It has the advantages of flexible movement, quick and easy assembly and disassembly, and stable performance. It is the preferred choice for field construction projects such as railways, highways, ports, bridges, and hydropower projects.

The drum type mixing plant is introduced in detail:

a. Tires: Double tires, strong pressure bearing capacity, strong stability, non-slip.

b. Support leg: Quick disassemble and assembly, stabilize machine during work, protect tires, and extend service life.

c. Universal Steering wheel: can be dragged by a medium-sized forklift directly, ensure the direction changing stably.

d. Storage hopper base: moved from the middle to the front generating two advantages:

a).remaining space can be used for the generator, control cabinet, water tank, tool box, etc.;

b). shorten the length of the feeding belt and the feeding time, thereby shortening the single mixing cycle by 10s, and improving the working efficiency.

A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery.

Q4: How many types of Concrete Batching Plant you have ?
We have Stationary type capacity from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Hauling mobile type capacity from 25m3/h ~100m3/h.
Stationary type for aggregate feeding, we have Skip Hopper type (25m3/h ~75m3/h) and Delivery Belt type(60m3/h ~ 240m3/h)
All hauling mobile plant use large angle Groove belt for aggregate feeding.

Q5: What’s the capacity of Concrete batching plant do you have?
We have Stationary type from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Mobile type from 25m3/h~100m3/h.

Q6: Is the Belt conveyor necessary ?
Small capacity (Below 60m3/h) normally use Skip Hopper to feed aggregate, no need to use belt conveyor.
While for large capacity, (Larger than 60m3h), normally use Delivery belt to raise efficiency.

Q7: Do you have CE certificate for your concrete batching plant / cement silo?
A: Yes, we have. Both are our patent products, certificated by CE.
