3. Note: About how to keep install and use the timing belt
01. It is strictly forbidden to forcibly break and bend the timing belt excessively to avoid damage to the strong layer and lose the use value.
02. The timing belt must not be stored in an abnormally bent state for a long time.
03. Keep the timing belt in a cool place.
04. When installing the timing belt, please shorten the center distance and relax the tensioning wheel. Do not forcibly load the belt from the hard pull of the lower flange of the pulley.
05. The teeth of the timing pulley must be at right angles to the running direction of the timing belt.
06. The parallelism of the main shaft of the driving wheel and the driven wheel is controlled at tangential cut = 1/1000. The axial position is not accurate, which directly affects the life of the synchronous belt.
07. It is found that the synchronous belt on the active timing belt is biased to one side. The passive wheel should be moved to adjust and adjust the pressure of the tensioning wheel.
08. At the time of starting, the center distance changes, the timing belt is relaxed, and the tooth skipping phenomenon occurs. It should be checked whether the timing pulley frame is loose and the positioning of the shaft is misaligned. Adjust and strengthen.
